Legal counsel and representation are provided concerning employment and family based immigrant petitions, work authorization requirements, short and long-term visas, political asylum, removal (also known as deportation), naturalization, and other immigration matters, including the rights and obligations of both employers and individuals under the Immigration and Nationality Act and under the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Mr. McVicker received his Juris Doctor degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law, of the College of William and Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia, in 1993. At the Marshall-Wythe School of Law, he was a member of the Moot Court Bar and obtained a distinction in Legal Skills. He received his Bachelors degree in French, cum laude, from Vassar College in 1984, and his Masters in French from New York University in 1986. He has lived in Switzerland, France, Great Britain, and Spain, and speaks French and Spanish fluently. He has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1995 and has had his own office in Northern Virginia since 1997.
